Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee records, attendance, and payroll processing efficiently.
Coordinate employee communication and resolve workplace issues to maintain a positive environment.
Assist management in employee engagement, performance tracking, and retention strategies.
Support office operations and coordinate between multiple office locations.
Implement HR policies, maintain compliance, and keep documentation up-to-date.
Help plan and execute training schedules for new employees alongside management.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
0 to 2 years experience in HR generalist or recruitment roles.
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR best practices.
Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and solve problems proactively.
Experience working in small to mid-sized companies is a plus.
