Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Helper located in Udaipur. The Office Helper will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and providing customer service to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities may include organizing files, managing documents, handling inquiries, and supporting staff members in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to support daily operations effectively.
Basic understanding of Accounting principles to assist with financial tasks as needed.
Ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
Proficiency in using office equipment and standard software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) is an advantage.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
