Office Girl Entry Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Inputting raw data such as Invoice, Estimate, Purchase and etc into ERP Software and Excel.
• Performing general administrative tasks such as scanning documents or filing invoices
• Assisting walk-in customers and guiding them politely
• Helping in managing stock and organizing shelves
• Running minor errands or assisting in basic administrative tasks
• Supporting other staff members with daily tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass or equivalent
• Speed typing and accuracy is crucial for efficient data entry
• Computer proficiency: Must be comfortable using computer systems and databases, with experience in programs like Microsoft Excel being highly beneficial.
• Organizational skills: Needed to maintain well-organized and easy-to-use filing systems.
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language)
• Honest, punctual, and presentable
• Customer-friendly attitude
