Job Title: Office Executive – Valuation Support / Coordination

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane (West)

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Gender : Male/Female

Experience : 0 -3 yrs

Salary : Salary will be based on experience, skill set, and interview performance.

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Executive to support our Valuation & Reporting operations. The role involves documentation, coordination with clients and site engineers, report preparation, and assisting management in day-to-day tasks. Candidates must have strong communication skills and good command over MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Obtain sales instances and supporting documents required for rate verification.

2. Draft valuation reports based on inputs received from field/site engineers.

3. Check and verify valuation reports for completeness and accuracy.

4. Finalize reports including notes, remarks, assumptions, and disclaimers sections.

5. Coordinate and follow up with clients and banks for document requirements and queries.

6. Communicate and coordinate with site engineers regarding valuation progress and clarifications.

7. Maintain records of daily work and submit progress reports to management.

8. Handle email communication, data entry, and document filing.

9. Ensure tasks are completed within given timelines with accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum Graduate (any stream) – must

2. Strong computer literacy with good proficiency in MS Excel

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4. Ability to work independently and handle multitasking

5. Attention to detail and strong documentation skills

6. Experience in valuation / banking / finance / reports preparation preferred (not mandatory)
