Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, schematics, and tooling instructions. Operate milling and drilling machines efficiently. Monitor ongoing operations to ensure precision and quality of manufactured parts. Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, etc.). Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues. Maintain production records and log machine performance. Candidate Requirements: Strong knowledge of VMC or Milling or Drilling machine operations and setups. Basic understanding of engineering drawings. Hands-on experience with 2D programming and Mastercam software preferred. Ability to independently handle job postings and machine tool settings. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and productivity. Team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
