Job Description

As a Customer Relations & Follow-Up Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in handling client queries from India Mart, calls, and emails. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer grievances effectively and keep clients informed about the status of their orders, including sampling and dispatch. Key Responsibilities: - Handle client queries from India Mart, calls, and emails - Resolve customer grievances in a timely and efficient manner - Provide regular updates to clients regarding their order status, including sampling and dispatch progress Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in a regional language for effective client interaction - Demonstrated patience and empathy to effectively resolve customer complaints and issues - Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets to track and manage client orders accurately The company offers a full-time job with a flexible schedule during day shifts. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in follow-up roles are preferred. Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, while proficiency in English is highly desirable. The work location is on-site. (Note: A yearly bonus is included as an additional benefit.),
