Job Description

Customer Relations & Follow-Up Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client queries (India Mart, calls, emails).
  • Follow up on payment collections.
  • Resolve customer grievances.
  • Update clients on order status (sampling, dispatch).
  • Maintain records of orders and payments.

Skills Needed:

  • Excellent communication (English + regional language).
  • Patience and empathy for resolving complaints.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets for tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
