Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Coordinator located in Ahmedabad. The Office Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, manage office equipment, assist with phone calls, and provide exemplary customer service. The role involves supporting office operations to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication within the team.

• Excellent Administrative Assistance skills
• Proficiency in handling Office Equipment and technology
• Strong Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills
• Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in office coordination or a related role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
