Job Description

As an Office Coordinator at our Ludhiana office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our fastener industry organization. Your responsibilities will include creating monthly MIS reports, providing excellent customer service, managing customer data, generating and maintaining invoices, staying updated with internal teams, and fostering strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities. Collaborating with sales representatives to ensure quotas are met and upholding company standards will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining data on potential clients and their purchasing patterns. To excel in this role, you should possess computer proficiency in Google Sheets and internet browsing, along with strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Prior experience in customer relationship management is essential. A degree in any discipline, preferably Graduate/B.Tech/MBA, is required. Candidates with knowledge of Indiamart Sales and GEM portal will be given preference.
