Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily operations of our office. The Office Boy plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the workplace. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, punctual, and has a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Clean and maintain office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents as needed.
Assist in preparing and arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Run errands such as going to the post office, bank, or nearby stores.
Deliver documents within the office or to external parties when required.
Monitor and restock office supplies, pantry items, and cleaning materials.
Help in receiving and dispatching couriers or deliveries.
Support staff in basic clerical tasks when needed.

Requirements:
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Work Hours: Full-time (Monday to Saturday or as per company policy)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
