Job Title: Office Boy / Girl (Peon)

Full Job Description:

Serve tea and coffee to staff and office visitors.
Clean the office kitchen daily.
Dispose of trash, waste, and other disposable materials.
Monitor and manage the use of office equipment and supplies.
Assist visitors and employees with queries or requests.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Dust furniture, light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms daily.
Wash windows as per schedule.
Follow safety precautions in all cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
Run outside errands as directed.
Be active, attentive, and responsible in all duties.
Handle and organize electronic files and papers.
Assist with small office tasks as needed.
Keep the office premises and kitchen clean at all times.

Requirements:

Must be from nearby (within 5 km) or willing to relocate.
Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
