Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1. Student & Parent Coordination Handle inquiries from walk-ins, calls, and online leads. Schedule and coordinate demo sessions with respective faculty. Follow up with parents after demos to close admissions. Maintain professional communication with parents regarding schedules, progress, and updates. 2. Class Scheduling & Attendance Management Prepare and update class schedules for all teachers weekly/monthly. Mark and maintain attendance records for all ongoing students. Coordinate substitute or makeup classes in case of teacher/student absence. 3. Faculty Coordination Communicate daily schedules, updates, and new admissions with faculty. Ensure smooth transition when new faculty members or students are onboarded. Assist in organizing recitals, exams, and events. 4. Fee Collection & Administration Manage fee collection (cash, UPI, bank transfer) and issue receipts. Maintain accurate fee records and update renewal status. Follow up with parents for pending or upcoming fee renewals. 5. Lead & Demo Management Maintain lead tracker and follow-up sheet. Schedule demo sessions for prospective students. Record feedback from faculty and parents post-demo to improve conversion rates.
