Job Description

Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Dehradun
Salary Range: 12k to 15k
Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to handle basic administrative and housekeeping tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office (desks, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms).
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical support.
Assist in managing courier, mail, and deliveries.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and available.
Help staff with small tasks such as document handling or workstation setup.
Run small errands outside the office when required.
Support the admin and HR team in day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
6 months –2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Polite, disciplined, and trustworthy.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.) is an added advantage.
