Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.).
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in handling documents, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Ensure all office supplies (stationery, pantry items, drinking water, etc.) are stocked and available.
Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, parcels, or couriers as required.
Assist with minor administrative work and support other staff members when needed.
Monitor and maintain pantry supplies and keep the kitchen/pantry area neat.
Run office-related errands outside the premises when instructed.
Support during office meetings/events by arranging seating, refreshments, or materials.

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to provide support in office operations. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, and assisting staff with basic office requirements to ensure smooth workflow.

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
Prior experience as an office boy/helper will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping practices.
Ability to handle tasks responsibly and follow instructions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
