Job Description

Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Sector 50, Gurugram

Experience: 2–3 Years

Working Hours: 9am to 8pm (Sunday fixed off)

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and professional Office Boy. The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the office, assisting staff with routine tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including pantry, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff and guests.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or other items within or outside the office.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents.
Replenish office supplies such as paper, pens, and pantry items.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up before meetings and cleaned afterward.
Support administrative staff with routine office duties.
Perform messenger duties and assist with external errands as needed.
Handle minor maintenance tasks or report issues to the facilities team.
Follow office safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic understanding of office equipment (printer, copier, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills and a respectful attitude.
Honest, punctual, and dependable.
Physically fit to perform tasks that require movement and lifting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
