The Office Boy / Peon is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the office, assisting in daily office operations, and providing support to staff by performing various administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and delivering documents as directed.
Collect and distribute couriers, parcels, and official documents.
Deposit or collect cheques, letters, and documents from banks or clients when required.
Ensure the availability of office supplies (stationery, water, pantry items, etc.).
Support administrative and HR staff in basic office work.
Handle indoor and outdoor errands responsibly.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and confidentiality in office activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
Prior experience as an Office Boy / Peon preferred.
Polite, honest, and punctual.
Basic understanding of office work and etiquette.
Ability to communicate in English ,Hindi
