Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to handle office cleanliness, serve tea/coffee to staff and guests, and support basic office maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms. Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required. Ensure pantry items (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, snacks, etc.) are stocked and managed properly. Assist in handling documents, files, and other office materials as per requirement. Support office staff with small errands such as photocopying, filing, or courier handling. Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards. Assist in preparing meeting rooms before conferences/meetings. Carry out any other duties assigned by the management from time to time. Requirements: Prior experience as an Office Boy/Helper preferred. Basic knowledge of cleaning and pantry maintenance. Polite, punctual, and presentable. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time. Flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks. Employment Type: Full-time
