Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The Office Boy will ensure the smooth running of the office by performing routine administrative and maintenance tasks. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, providing refreshments, and assisting staff as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure proper opening and locking the office daily.
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including pantry, meeting rooms and workstations.
Serve refreshments (tea, coffee, water) to staff and visitors.
Handle document filing, photocopying, scanning, and binding.
Assist in receiving and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Run errands within or outside the office (e.g., bank work, post office, deliveries, purchasing office supplies).
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging chairs/tables for events or meetings.
Monitor inventory and replenish pantry and stationery supplies.
Support administrative staff with clerical tasks as needed.
Maintain entry and exit registers for vendors, staff, visitors, etc.
Requirements:
High School Certificate or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role.
Good physical condition and ability to lift light office materials.
Available daily.
Ability to follow instructions and multitask.
Courteous, punctual, and trustworthy.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
