Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and punctual Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations. The candidate will assist with office maintenance, document handling, and basic errands to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office
• Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and correspondence
• Run errands such as courier pickups, bank visits, or office supply procurement
• Assist staff with small administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure office equipment is in proper working condition
• Support the team during meetings and events
• Help with basic filing and documentation
Requirements
• Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting files or supplies
• Knowledge of local area for errands is preferred
• Prior experience as an office boy (preferred but not mandatory)
• Dress neatly and professionally at the office
