Job Title: Office Boy

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining a clean and organized office environment and provide essential support to staff by handling basic office errands and tasks. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and a pleasant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier and postal mail efficiently.
Assist with simple office tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing supplies.
Support staff by delivering documents, files, and other items within the office premises.
Ensure the pantry and common areas are stocked and tidy.
Set up meeting rooms by arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
Run small errands outside the office (e.g., bank, post office) when required.
Follow office safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards consistently.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Punctual, honest, and dependable.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in a similar office support or housekeeping role.
Basic familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
