We are currently looking for Office Boy full time.

Work Location: Chennai Citi Centre, No.10 &11, 5th Floor, Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600004.

Job description:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to handle basic office support duties such as serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Keep the office premises clean and tidy (including pantry, washrooms, desks, etc.).
• Handle office errands like photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking office supplies.
• Support the front desk or administrative staff as needed.
• Collect and deliver documents to other departments or external offices.
• Run small errands within or outside the office (bank, courier, etc.).

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of office etiquette and cleanliness.
• Trustworthy and well-groomed appearance.
• Punctual and responsible.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Local candidates preferred.
