Job Description:

1. Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, reception, pantry, and washrooms.
• Ensure that all areas are neat, sanitized, and ready for daily use.
• Dispose of garbage properly and maintain hygiene standards.

2. Office Support

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.
• Assist in photocopying, filing, and document delivery within the office.
• Collect and distribute couriers, files, and other materials.
• Assist in minor office maintenance or coordinate with vendors for repairs.

3. Pantry & Supplies Management

• Manage pantry items and ensure timely refilling of tea, coffee, water, and snacks.
• Check and restock cleaning and housekeeping supplies.

4. Errand & Logistics Support

• Handle outdoor tasks such as delivering documents, depositing cheques, or collecting materials from vendors.
• Assist in shifting office materials or arranging furniture for meetings/events.

5. General Assistance

• Support admin and HR teams during meetings, office events, or audits.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring availability of refreshments and stationery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Experience : 3-6 Years.

Age : 20- 26 Years Max.
