Position: Office Boy

1. Job Summary

The Office Boy will support daily office operations by ensuring cleanliness, serving refreshments, assisting staff with basic tasks, and maintaining an organized work environment. This role helps keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Housekeeping & Office Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of office areas, including workstations, washrooms, reception, and meeting rooms.
Dusting, mopping, and cleaning furniture and office equipment.
Ensure hygiene and proper sanitation in the office.

B. Pantry & Refreshment Duties

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Maintain pantry supplies and inform the admin when refills are required.
Keep the pantry area clean and organized..

3. Requirements

Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass.
Good behavior, discipline, and punctuality.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.
Prior experience as Office Boy/Helper is preferred but not mandatory.

4. Working Conditions

Full-time, on-site position.
Work hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly off: Sunday
