Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and well-mannered Office Boy to join our team at our Goregaon office. The role involves assisting in daily office tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities:1. Pantry Duties:

Preparing and serving tea/coffee/water to staff and guests.
Ensuring pantry and kitchen area are clean and well-stocked.
Cleaning used utensils and cups.

2. Office Maintenance Support:

Keeping the office premises clean and tidy (dusting, basic cleaning, organizing).
Ensuring meeting rooms and reception area are presentable at all times.
Assisting in moving files or minor shifting of items as needed.

3. Clerical Support:

Handling photocopying, scanning, filing, and document binding as instructed.
Assisting office staff with errands and basic tasks.
Dispatching or collecting documents/parcels from nearby locations.

4. Outdoor Duties:

Visiting the bank for cheque/document deposit or collection.
Going to courier offices, post office, or government offices as needed.
Coordinating with delivery personnel.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
Familiarity with basic office etiquette and hygiene.
Should know local areas (for outdoor duties).
Trustworthy, punctual, and polite.
Two-wheeler license (preferred but not mandatory).

Timings:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary:

Based on experience and skills (negotiable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
