Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Support accounting and HR teams with data entry, record keeping, and filing.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week

Work Location: In person
