Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain and update filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database maintenance
  • Coordinate office maintenance and service requests
  • Deliver and collect materials, documents, and packages to/from clients, vendors, or branch offices as needed
  • Run office errands using a two-wheeler
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
