Office Assistant - Retail

As a member of the Jainam Broking Limited team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises. This includes maintaining workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms in an orderly manner. Additionally, you will be expected to serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to both staff and visitors as necessary. In this role, you will play a crucial part in handling and distributing various documents, files, and materials within the office. This will involve managing incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries efficiently. Furthermore, you will support office staff with tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and other routine office duties. Keeping pantry supplies like tea, coffee, water, etc., and essential office supplies stocked will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be required to perform minor maintenance tasks and promptly report any repair requirements to the Admin team. Additionally, assisting in setting up meeting rooms and making arrangements for office events will be expected from you. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum educational qualification of passing 10th grade. While 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply. A basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards is essential, along with a positive attitude, good behavior, and a cooperative demeanor. You should also possess the ability to follow instructions diligently and work effectively as part of a team.,
