Roles and Responsibilities
1.Ensure pantry items, drinking water, and office supplies are available and replenished on time.2.Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other routine clerical tasks.3.Handle delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and cheques from banks, couriers, or clients.4.Go outside the office to purchase or collect required items such as stationery, groceries, cleaning supplies, or other office-related needs.5.Support staff in setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs/tables, and ensuring proper housekeeping6.Assist in movement of office materials, files, or equipment when needed.7.Report any maintenance or repair requirements (electrical, plumbing, furniture, etc.) to the Admin/HR.8.Follow office discipline, punctuality, and maintain confidentiality of documents and discussions.9.Perform any other support tasks assigned by the management.

Eligibility

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (preferred).
• Prior experience as an office boy/peon/housekeeping staff is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.).
• Punctual, trustworthy, and disciplined.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions carefully.

Should have a bike and valid driving license
