Job Title: Office Assistant (Office Boy) Location: Chennai Office Experience: 3 Years Gender Preference: Male Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: As per company standards Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and reliable Office Assistant (Office Boy) to handle day-to-day office support activities at our Chennai office. The candidate will ensure smooth office operations by assisting staff, maintaining cleanliness, and performing basic administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage office cleanliness and ensure a hygienic environment. Serve tea/coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and courier arrangements. Support staff with filing, document handling, and other routine office work. Assist in receiving and delivering office materials/packages. Ensure conference/meeting rooms are prepared before meetings. Monitor and manage pantry stock and office supplies. Run outdoor tasks such as depositing cheques, collecting parcels, etc. Provide general assistance to office staff as required. Requirements: Male candidate with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Basic understanding of office etiquette and cleanliness. Ability to handle tasks responsibly and with minimal supervision.
