Job Title: Office Assistant/Office Boy
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Office Boy to join our team India IPO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain office cleanliness and organization
· Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for meetings
· Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
· Manage office supplies and stationery
· Run errands, such as delivering documents or messages
· Provide general administrative support to the team
· Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
· Washroom cleanliness is mandatory.
Requirements:
· 2-5 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· High school diploma or equivalent
Salary and Benefits:
· Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
· Other benefits will be discussed during the interview process
