Office Assistant

You will be responsible for answering customer calls regarding the service using provided scripts. You will need to ask relevant questions to comprehend customer requirements and successfully close sales. Additionally, entering and updating customer information in the database accurately, as well as processing orders with precision, are key aspects of this role. Managing grievances effectively to uphold the company's reputation is also part of your duties. Meeting sales quotas and contributing to future sales opportunities will be crucial in this position. You will be required to maintain detailed records of calls and sales, highlighting any valuable information. Retrieving documents and files upon request, along with generating messages, emails, and reports when necessary, are tasks that you will handle proficiently. Taking responsibility for the maintenance of office equipment and ensuring sufficient office supplies by monitoring inventory and ordering items as needed are essential responsibilities. Responding to inquiries and information requests, answering incoming calls, and performing receptionist duties when required are part of the job scope. Designing and managing filing and storage systems within the office environment will also be one of your responsibilities.
