📝 Office Assistant – Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office functions and supporting various departments as needed. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies. Perform receptionist duties and support other administrative staff as needed. Must be able to work on excel with good typing speed, basic maths calculation have to follow with the logistics and company for proper and timely delivery
