Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks, managing office operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Tasks:

- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors

- Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases

- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials

2. Office Management:

- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities

- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events

- Ensure office safety and security

3. Communication:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues

- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners

4. Other Tasks:

- Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by management

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
