Roles and Responsibilities of Office Assistant

  • Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in filling out forms and applications.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, statements, and office documents.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
  • Maintain office supplies and reorder when necessary.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Departments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
