Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure general management of office by coordinating day to day office activities and operations.
  • Manage company facilities, office functions and services.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.), field enquiries.
  • Maintain Attendance/Leave Records of Employees.
  • Manage travel arrangements/appointments etc.
  • Create and update records and databases such as maintaining database of testing equipment, other office facilities, client databases etc.
  • Co-ordinating with site personnel and responding to their queries/requirements.
  • Maintain records of new joiner & assistance in recruitment.
  • Any other job assigned by Management.
