Job Title: Accountant Location: Noida sec 62 Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the finance team with accurate reporting. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and a background in commerce. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records and ledgers Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns Handle accounts payable and receivable processes Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Assist in preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations Support internal and external audits Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping Key Requirements: B.Com degree from a recognized university Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with Tally software Good communication and coordination skills, client handling Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person

Role & responsibilities Ensure general management of office by coordinating day to day office activities and operations. Manage company facilities, office functions and services. Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.), field enquiries. Maintain Attendance/Leave Records of Employees. Manage travel arrangements/appointments etc. Create and update records and databases such as maintaining database of testing equipment, other office facilities, client databases etc. Co-ordinating with site personnel and responding to their queries/requirements. Maintain records of new joiner & assistance in recruitment. Any other job assigned by Management. Preferred candidate profile
