Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Vijayawada. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of office equipment, coordinating communication within the office, addressing customer service inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining an organized and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
• Experience in handling Office Equipment and ensuring its functionality
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
• Prior experience in an office administration role is advantageous
• Graduation or equivalent in a relevant field preferred
