Job Title: Administrative Executive cum Receptionist
Location: Mohali/Sector 82
Industry: Real Estate / Corporate Office
Salary: Up to 30k/month

Experience Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk, administration, or office coordination roles
  • Prior exposure to real estate / corporate office environments preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and greet visitors with a professional and polite demeanor
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
  • Assist visitors and clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Maintain and manage petty cash transactions with accuracy and accountability
  • Support administrative tasks including record keeping, scheduling, and coordination
  • Assist the management team with day-to-day office operations
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office protocols

  • Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
  • Polite, courteous, and customer-focused approach
  • Professionally groomed with a pleasant personality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
