ABOUT THE ROLE

TradeGeniuz Capital Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executives to support our sales, student admissions, lead generation and business growth activities.

This role involves speaking with prospective customers, explaining our trading education programs, following up on enquiries and converting suitable opportunities into enrolments.

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Candidates with additional relevant experience will also be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales & Student Admissions

• Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and office visits. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up regularly. Understand customer needs and explain relevant courses, fees and schedules. Conduct sales conversations, address questions and support enrolments. Coordinate client meetings, counselling sessions and admission formalities. Work towards agreed daily activity goals and monthly sales targets. Maintain professional relationships with customers before and after enrolment. Explain our education programs accurately without promising guaranteed trading returns.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identify potential customers through outreach, referrals and online channels. Support B2B and B2C business development activities. Research potential corporate, college and business partnerships. Contact prospective partners and arrange discussions with management. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and follow-up communications. Identify opportunities to expand our customer base.

3. Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate with the digital marketing and content teams on lead-generation activities. Follow up promptly on enquiries generated through campaigns. Share feedback on lead quality, customer questions and reasons for non-conversion. Support promotional campaigns and customer outreach. Track lead sources and sales outcomes to help improve campaign effectiveness.

4. Reporting & Growth Support

• Maintain accurate customer details and follow-up records in a CRM or spreadsheet. Submit daily activity updates and regular sales reports. Monitor personal targets, follow-ups and conversion performance. Research competitors and share customer insights with management. Suggest improvements to sales conversations and follow-up processes. Work with the Founder and management on assigned growth initiatives.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Freshers or candidates with experience in sales, business development, telecalling, admissions or customer service. Good communication skills in Tamil and English. Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and in person. Interest in sales, marketing and business development. Good listening, follow-up and relationship-building skills. Willingness to learn, accept feedback and work towards targets. Basic computer knowledge, including Excel or Google Sheets. A business, marketing or MBA background is an added advantage. Prior trading knowledge is not mandatory.

Previous team-management experience is not required for this executive role.

WHAT WE EXPECT

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, follows up consistently and actively participates in customer conversations and sales.

You should be comfortable making calls, handling enquiries, maintaining records and taking responsibility for your assigned targets.

WORKING HOURS

09:00 AM – 07:00 PM

SALARY

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

The stated range covers different experience and responsibility levels. The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills and role scope. Performance-based incentives will be explained during the interview.
