Job Description

  • Manage front desk operations, phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office records, files, and databases (physical and digital).
  • Supervise and coordinate office staff and external vendors (housekeeping, IT, etc.).
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Assist in HR functions such as employee onboarding, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support finance with expense tracking, petty cash handling, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and overall office environment.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and employees as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
