Core Responsibilities:

  • Communication:Answering phones, managing emails, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination:Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, arranging travel and accommodations, and coordinating logistics for events.
  • Record Keeping and Filing:Maintaining organized physical and digital files, managing databases, and ensuring proper documentation and record retention.
  • Office Management:Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace.
  • Administrative Support:Providing support to various departments with tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
  • Basic Accounting:Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and other basic financial tasks.
  • Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned:This could include tasks such as preparing presentations, managing mail, and liaising with vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹26,302.08 per month
