Job Summary

Kritanjali Creations Pvt Ltd is prime Manufacturer and Exporter of Fashion Jewellery, successfully enlarged its business over 26 countries around the Globe for Last 13 years . Our Head Office is at Asansol, Manufacturing Unit at Howrah.

We export American Diamond and Cubic Zirconium Jewellery (studded in Brass and Silver) to USA, Canada, UK, Malaysia, China etc .

We deal B2B only (i.e. we export to Bulk Buyers and not Retail Customers). We are focusing to manufacture of Precious Metal and Stone products over there. We are the largest online website to sell Fashion jewellery in India and worldwide..

Please note this is not a Call Center type Job . Here you will be dealing with our HNI Clients who are Bulk Buyers and run Retail Jewellery Chains / Retails Showrooms etc in Overseas Markets. Candidates will be required to deal and provide assistance to 15 to 20 customers a Day

Responsibilities and Duties

We require Fresher / Experienced Male / Female Candidates for Dealing with our Overseas and Indian Customers. Job Role is as follows:

• Communicating with our Existing, overseas Customers, and updating them regularly about our new creations through Skype and Phone, and then finalising their Orders.
• Communicating with New Overseas Customers who have registered in our B2B website, and understanding their requirements and then finalising the Orders.
• Keeping a track of each Customer’s preferences and accordingly sending them designs as per their requirements on a regular basis.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Fluent In English and Hindi Communication

- Skilled in Computer Applications / Internet.

- Fresher / Experienced both can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹162,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
