Job Description

Administrative Support: Handling correspondence, managing email, preparing reports and memos, and creating presentations. Office Management: Maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the office environment is functional and organized. Communication: Communicating with clients and colleagues, taking and delivering messages, and ensuring efficient communication flow. Scheduling and Coordination: Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars. Data Entry and Bookkeeping: Entering data, maintaining records, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
