Job Title: Office Administrator – CCTV Installation Service Company

Location: Puducherry

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to manage daily operations at our CCTV installation service company. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling office tasks, managing telecallers and technicians, coordinating with customers, collecting feedback, and overseeing marketing activities, including social media promotions.

Key Responsibilities:Office & Team Management:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate telecallers and technicians.
  • Assign installation and service tasks to technicians.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of installations, service requests, and customer interactions.

Customer Handling & Feedback Collection:

  • Communicate with new and existing customers to understand their requirements.
  • Follow up with customers post-installation for feedback and service satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate with technicians for issue resolution.
  • Maintain customer database and ensure regular engagement for repeat business.

Marketing & Social Media Management:

  • Create and post ad posters, reels, and promotional content on social media platforms.
  • Shoot short promotional videos showcasing installations, customer testimonials, and service highlights.
  • Edit and enhance videos and images using basic editing tools before posting.
  • Increase social media engagement through creative and interactive content.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in office administration, customer service, or marketing (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Ability to create and edit reels/videos for promotional activities.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of CCTV systems is a plus (training will be provided).

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
