Job Description

Telecalling Duties

Make outbound calls to potential leads, clients, and students.

Explain products, services, or training programs offered by Glowsis Technologies.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication logs.

Schedule meetings or demos and confirm appointments.

Maintain lead records and update the CRM system regularly.

Administration Duties

Handle front office tasks like answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and managing basic correspondence.

Manage employee attendance records.

Support in preparing and maintaining administrative documents.

Assist with organizing training sessions, interviews, and meetings.

Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Skills Required:

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Time management and problem-solving skills.
