Job Description

An Office Admin in a digital marketing agency supports daily office operations and helps the creative and marketing teams work efficiently. They act as a coordination point between management, employees, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office activities and ensure smooth operations
Handle calls, emails, client walk-ins, and basic client coordination
Maintain employee attendance, leaves, and basic HR records
Support onboarding of new team members
Coordinate with designers, marketers, and managers for schedules and meetings
Manage office supplies, software subscriptions, and vendor follow-ups
Maintain documents related to clients, invoices, and internal reports
Assist management with administrative and operational support

Skills Required:

Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Excel
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment
Organized, responsible, and proactive approach
Basic understanding of digital marketing workflow (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
