Office Admin

Al Katef IT Solutions is a growing digital solutions company specializing in Digital Marketing, Website Development, App Development, Video Production, and Product Packaging. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator with at least 1 year of agency experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
• Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and communication efficiently.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating with clients, and supporting internal teams.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
• Ensure smooth workflow and support management with administrative tasks.
• Provide assistance in HR functions such as onboarding, attendance, and employee coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an agency/office environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in client coordination or administrative support in a digital/creative agency.
• Basic knowledge of accounting tools or office management software.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
