Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Information Security Services provider at BT, you will lead a highly motivated team focused on analyzing, designing, developing, and delivering solutions to enhance security measures and operations. Your role will involve delivering vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and contributing to the overall security research and technical capability of BT. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver vulnerability assessments and penetration tests - Increase individual technical skills while handling Business as Usual (BAU) tasks - Enhance the penetration testing team's capabilities in web application, network, and mobile skills - Support leadership in setting the team's strategy for future growth - Contribute to maintaining the BT Business Support - Protect BT ISO27001 certificate for the Offensive Security team Qualifications Required: - Pentest Skills: Proficiency in Web application pen test (OWASP, NIST framework), Network pen test (Linux, Windows), API & Mobile pen test - Networking Skills: Understanding of TCP/IP packet level, Routing, Switching, and firewall concepts - Linux Skills: Familiarity with Linux directory structure, basic command line knowledge for pentest/vulnerability assessment - Vulnerability management: Knowledge of vulnerability assessment framework (CVE/CVSS) and Security assessment tools (Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, SQL map, Nessus) - Regulatory Understanding: Understanding of PCI DSS guidelines, GDPR Additional Company Details (if provided in JD): BT, as part of BT Group, is committed to connecting people for good, providing essential services to millions daily.
