Off-Call Supervisor

As an Off-Call Supervisor at our company, your role will be to oversee and support the IT Sales team focusing on ensuring call quality, process adherence, and performance monitoring to enhance sales outcomes in IT Services like Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, and SEO. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor live and recorded sales calls to evaluate quality, compliance, and effectiveness. - Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance team members" sales pitch, product knowledge, and objection-handling skills. - Assist the sales team in drafting proposals, understanding client requirements, and closing leads when necessary. - Track individual and team KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend corrective actions. - Conduct training sessions and role-plays to improve the team's sales and communication skills. - Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead to identify process gaps and implement improvements. - Motivate and support the team to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals. **Requirements:** - Proven experience in IT Sales / B2B Sales (International markets) with a strong understanding of IT services. - Prior experience in call monitoring, team handling, or sales supervision is highly preferred. - Excellent communication, listening, and feedback delivery skills. - Strong analytical ability to assess call performance and identify improvement areas. - Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
