Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Odoo/ERP Functional Consultant with a solid background in business analysis and accounting to be a valuable addition to our team. As a key member, you will be instrumental in the implementation of Odoo for our clients, ensuring that solutions meet their business requirements. Your role will involve interacting directly with clients, participating in calls to understand and refine project needs. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Odoo ERP for clients according to their specific business needs. - Collaborate closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements effectively. - Offer functional consulting and recommendations on Odoo modules, particularly focusing on accounting and finance. - Aid in process mapping and workflow optimization within the Odoo platform. - Conduct training sessions for clients on utilizing Odoo functionalities efficiently. - Work hand in hand with the technical team to customize and troubleshoot Odoo applications. - Ensure timely project delivery by meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Business Analyst. - Profound knowledge of Odoo modules, specifically Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM, and Purchasing. - Background in Accounting or Business Analysis (BA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred). - Capability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. - Experience in client-facing roles, with exceptional communication abilities. - Understanding of financial workflows and reporting within ERP systems. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects effectively.
